In the 1980s and 90’s he toured the world giving lectures and short courses on Cyber issues, started and ran The Radon Project, did consulting for enterprises of all sizes, created online games, wrote books, created the College Cyber Defenders at Sandia National Labs, co-founded and helped to run several companies, and wrote monthly articles for Network Security Magazine.

In the 2000s and 2010s he co-founded California Sciences Institute which was eventually acquired by Webster University, became principal analyst for Security and Risk Management Strategies for Burton Group, founded the Pebble Beach chapter of Keiretsu Forum, and founded Angel to Exit, where he ran live online remote investor forums monthly for more than 6 years.

He has appeared on Nightline, 60 minutes, and other news shows, in magazines, and in interviews over many years. In 2009, he was named the “most famous hacker” of all time by ABC news.

Today he runs Management Analytics and Angel to Exit, he helps grow companies, advises on cyber-related and business growth issues, runs a monthly CEO’s forum and monthly business growth and cyber-security events, and appears on The Cyber Show on KMBY AM.
